Floc de Gascogne Rouge

Le Floc de Gascogne, « Flower of Gascony » dialect meaning is making from Colombard and Gros-Manseng grape juice (white) or Cabernet-Sauvignon and Tannat grape juice (red). It has been mutated with Armagnac which has naturally stopped the grape juice’s fermentation.

Red version gives intense red colour. Flavours & aromas are incredibly intense with plum and sherry notes.
